Product Summary
The TPS56100PWP is a high-efficiency synchronous-buck regulator controller which provides an accurateprogrammable supply voltage to low-voltage digital signal processors, such as the’C6x and ’C54x DSPs. Aninternal 5-bit DAC is used to program the reference voltage from 1.3 V to 2.6 V. Higher output voltages can beimplemented using an external input resistive divider. The TPS56100PWP uses a fast hysteretic control method thatprovides a quick transient response. The propagation delay from the comparator input to the output driver is less than 300 ns, even at maximum output current.
